(each bedroom/den has either a king, a queen or queen sofa sleeper). Villa La Playa enjoys a spectacular living room with
soaring 20 foot ceilings and walls of glass facing La Playa Cove, San Diego's most charming bayfront village.
We
provide your group with everything a superbly equipped vacation rental home should have--even porta-cribs, highchairs and
toddler beds for the kids.
You will have ample bed spaces for your family group, reunion or corporate retreat. The
beatifully landscaped backyard has a new Jacuzzi Spa that seats 6 and a gas BBQ Grill for large get-togethers. The large
front deck is ideal for entertaining with sweeping panoramic vistas of San Diego Bay. There are also boogey boards, bicycles,
beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sporting goods, and numerous board games and puzzles. The magnificent bayview home sits on
an estate-sized La Playa lot located in the heart of San Diego's most charming waterfront community.
Villa La Playa
is just 150 yards from the water's edge and the oceanfront walk to Kellogg Beach right on San Digo Bay. This is a GREAT sandy
beach for the kids--no waves, current or undertoe to worry about.
Watch the majesty of cruise ships and pleasure boats
pass through the bay on their way into San Diego Bay. The views of the Coronado Bridge and the nightime San Diego skyline
are not to be missed.
La Playa village will remind you of a quaint European villages where you can walk to scores of
fine resturants and shops just blocks from the Villa La Playa. The best sportfishing in all of San Diego leaves from the
sportfishing harbor just a 10 minute walk away and the San Diego Yacht Club and the Southwest Yacht Club are equally short
walks from Villa La Playa as well.

Villa La Playa is Near Great Family Beaches
Villa La Playa is a mere 150 yards from the water's
edge and a short walk to Kellogg Beach, one of San Diego's nicest beaches in the exclusive La Playa Cove. The calm gentle
water of La Playa Cove laps against the sandy beach that runs for a half mile along some of San Diego's most expensive waterfront
real estate. This is a great family area and the beach is very safe for even the youngest kids to explore.

La Playa Enjoys a Spacious Layout
Villa La Playa is stunning architecturally with its 20 foot ceilings and walls of
glass facing La Playa Cove. The dining room, living room and the den all face the water with gorgeous bay views. The Kitchen
is just west of the dining room. The loft den opens onto the living room below. The huge outside deck has outdoor seating
for 20 or more and a fire-ring built right into one of the outdoor tables.
Four Large Bedrooms Plus Spacious Den
The
4 bedrooms plus den are all very private with the 3 bathrooms providing private or semi-private direct access to the bedrooms.
Three of the bedrooms have private entrances to the outside patios and balconies access for the persons using these bedrooms.
The
Master Bedroom (Bedroom # 1) encompasses most of the 3rd floor and has a king size bed along with a Queen sofa sleeper. This
makes it perfect for a family of 4 persons. The Master bath (Bathroom # 1) is ensuite and very spacious with a separate shower
and separate tub. The Master Suite also has Cable TV. The French doors lead directly from the Master Suite to the expansive
3rd floor deck.
Bedroom # 2 enjoys is located on the 2rd floor and has a queen bed. This bedroom is perfect for 2 persons
and has its own private entrance through a sliding glass doors that lead out to the backyard. This bedroom is adjacent to
Bathroom # 2 which is a full bathroom.
Bedroom # 3 enjoys is also located on the 2rd floor and has a queen bed. This
bedroom is perfect for 2 persons and has its own private entrance through a sliding glass doors that lead out to the backyard.
This bedroom is adjacent to Bathroom # 2 which is a full bathroom.
Bedroom # 4 is very large and has one Queen bed,
one Queen Sofa Sleeper and one Queen Futon Sofa and is located on the 1st floor. This bedroom has its own private ensuite
bathroom (Bathroom # 3) and can be used as a second Master Suite perfect for an entire famly.
Bedroom # 5/Den has
a Queen sofa sleeper and encompasses the entire 3rd floor loft area. The Den has a nice table and chairs and is just a few
steps from a full bathroom (Bathroom # 1). This bedroom/den is perfect for 2 persons and has its own private entrance through
sliding glass doors going out to the backyard deck.

The La Playa Cove
area is so gorgeous that people will come from miles around just to walk along the beach and see the multimillion dollar bayfront
homes of La Playa. Most of the homes in La Playa are $2,000,000 and up--including Villa La Playa. Enjoy a short 10-minute
stroll to the reknown Humphrey's Concerts By The Bay where you can see Tony Bennett, B.B. King, Aretha Franklin and groups
from the 70's, 80's and 90's perform in an intimate 1350-seat open-air bayside concert venue.

The La Playa Cove area of San Diego is really a special area. You will certainly notice that Villa
La Playa is far different than the oceanfront rentals in Mission Bay--at Villa La Playa you enjoy much more space in the house
and the back yard.
If you are looking for a place that will provide your family or your group with plenty of living
space and absolutely no parking congestion then you will love Villa La Playa. We like to go the extra mile to outfit the
home with everything that you need (down to dishwashing and laundry detergent!) so that you can spend the week enjoying the
great attractions that San Diego has to offer.
